We do our best to ship your products as fast as we can.

Due to high volume we need 2 - 3 days for your order to be packed and shipped.

During holiday and peak seasons our processing time may take 4-7 days.

Due to covid-19 you may experience some delay in your shipment . Please rest assured you will receive your order. We hope you understand that this effects any order whether your order is made within Canada , USA or internationally.

All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please note international orders may be subject to custom / duty fees that are calculated by the country you are ordering from. It is the customers responsibility to pay for those fees and not our responsibility to pay for then . This is not included at check out total price .

Due to covid-19 and the nature of our product we do not accept any returns or exchange . 

I RECIEVED A BROKEN CANDLE

If you receive a broken candle , you can email us at millionyearscandles@gmail.com and we will assist you in the next steps.

You should contact us within 24 hours of when you received your broken candle . After that time frame we cannot accept any return or exchange.

All our candles are made of 100 % pure soy wax , Phthalate free fragrances and Eco cotton threads that are lead and zinc free.

We use glass jars and metal tin for our candle collection. You can either recycle or repurpose them .

All our cotton wicks are eco-friendly , lead and zinc free

We use fragrance oil that Phthalate free to ensure you a clean burning candle .

PACKAGING

We use biodegradable peanut , eco wrapping , and recyclable shipping boxes . 

Because our candles are made from natural soy wax , you might see different scented candles have different shade or two in their color. This is due to the scent heaviness and how the wax carries it.

Sometime your candle wax might give you a weird crunchy look . This is because you are burning a soy wax candle that is all natural. This different form will not effect your candle performance at all . Relax and enjoy your candle
